Your customers information .

You should make end users aware of our privacy policy before submitting any possible warranty claims with us , we will treat your customers data and store them in exactly the same way as we would with all personal data and the information  will only be used whilst an open claim is progressing and for the remainder of the warranty period. We will not contact your customer for any reason other than to fulfil our obligation to a warranty claim. Your customer can ask us to remove personal information at any time .

Your rights and access to your personal or company information.

You have the right to view, amend or delete the personal information which we may hold or process about you. We will respond to your request promptly and at the latest within one month of receipt. We will supply a copy of the information you request free of charge. However, we may charge a ‘reasonable fee’ when a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly if it is repetitive.
